 Unity 2017.1.0p2, clean empty project... try to install playmaker Playmaker.1.8.4.. to many errors

It looks like the Unity API Updater didn't run properly in the first screenshot (for anyone else who runs into this). You can also run the API Updater manually from Main Menu > Assets > Run API Updater...

Hi,
- Running OSX 10.13.1
- Unity 2017.2.0p2
- clean project
- bought, imported and installed PlayMaker

- test scenes all error out on open, worse on play

I looked for any missing updates per the above comments.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi, I haven't installed OSX 10.13 yet since I heard there are issues with Unity:

I'm not able to repro the problem in 2017.2.0f3 in OSX 10.12/Windows 10.
It's possible you're running into the OSX problems in that post. I believe there are workarounds listed that you could try...

Also, when did you download the samples?
The unitypackage was updated a little while ago. Try downloading again to make sure you have the current version.

If none of that works let me know. It could be an issue with the patch version of Unity. Patch versions can be unstable or break things since they haven't been fully tested by Unity. We generally don't test on every patch version released. But if none of the above helps, I'll download 2017.2.0p2 and test to see if that's the problem.

Thanks Alex,
I downloaded and installed everything this morning.

Yes, the Mac OS update totally borked Unity. This patch isn't even the latest Unity build but it's the only one I could get to run.

I'm sure Unity will get it all worked out. Just sucks because I wanted to pitch a client on using Playmaker.

I'll take a look at the latest Unity official build again and see if it works.

Fyi,
Just installed the latest patch (2017.2.0p3) and was able to get PlayMaker installed and test samples without errors.
