why 2 customs action doesn't return similar [Solved]

this is something i really can't get,

i created a custom action, and added

using UnityEngine;
using TileWorld;
using TileWorld.Events;

in the first script it works perfectly,
in the second one, the type or namespace nae 'Tileworld' could not be found....

i restarted Unity and it solved it
