Promote Your Games!
« on: August 24, 2013, 06:45:38 PM »
We're often asked for PlayMaker demos for conferences etc. For example,  BlackBerry wants to show off PlayMaker at Unite and GDC China. I'd love to be able to offer them games from the community to play on the expo floor. I think it would be a great opportunity to show off your games! And also to network with game reps at BlackBerry etc.

Also I'd like to start collecting video of PlayMaker games running in the Unity editor, to show the FSMs updating while the game runs. It would be a good cross promotion, showing off both your game and PlayMaker in action!

If you're interested, please email me. Demo projects should be fairly tidy, since they will be demoed in Unity, and videos should be 1280x720.

Cheers,
Alex

Hello, I want to introduce you my first creation with Unity.

I am not a programmer, and I have used PlayMaker.

Hi everyone, just a quick post to let you all know my new game for iOS is out. It's called Tower Blast! and is a fun little arcade game with a similar feel to Missile Command. If you get a chance you can download it here: https://goo.gl/uU986A

It uses Playmaker extensively, so much so that I've even given Hutong a thank you in the credits.

If you like it please share it.

Thank you.

Hey Alex & Everyone...

We've been working on something rather different using Unity and Playmaker. It's an app/game called "Acting Kindly" now out for both Android and iOS. In Quest Mode it's an app which allows users to draw kindness cards from different decks, keep them in their quest list and share on Facebook when they’ve completed any of their missions.

In Game Mode is an incredibly fun and unique multiplayer, totally cooperative, experience where small teams run around in public doing acts of kindness and funny deeds to bring joy to others. The app/game empowers people of all ages to spread kindness, interact with strangers and make the world a better place.

It can be downloaded using these links:

Google Play Store - Android: https://goo.gl/QzNwa4
Apple App Store - iOS: https://goo.gl/7TiJqQ

Here's a video showing how it works: https://goo.gl/fwhnZS

Hope many of you will try it out, share it with others and start spreading kindness all over the world. Cheers!

Re: Promote Your Games! "Alleys" Escape Game
« Reply #9 on: November 16, 2017, 06:45:30 AM »
After 1.5 years of making "Alleys," I can promote my game now. It's an mobile escape game. I make it all by myself. Becoase I'm a designer, not a programmer. So this game is made only by Playmaker. I did't write any code for it. It's almost finished, and I plan to release it in a month. Hope you like it.
By the way, I really need some advice about how to let people know my game.
This is the website of "Alleys." https://alleys.tw

Hi,
After a few years on and off, thanks to my kids asking "When are you going to finish that game you started" and playmaker, I have finally finished my game "Duck Duck"

ios: https://itunes.apple.com/app/duck-duck/id1300704341?mt=8

Game Play:

Still working out how to get it up on Andriod.
I want to add so much more to it as well as squash all the bugs.

Thanks to Playmaker I have learned so much (I had to teach myself C# via youtube as well) but I would say this game is 92% Playmaker.

I would love to know what you guys think.
Thanks for your help and time.

Hi there,

Released my full fledged GearVR game last June called:
EarthDefenceProgram: WAYFARER

Used Playmaker extensively with all kinds of add-on systems
as well as creating some pretty complex(and long) Playmaker
node graphs. Been working with Playmaker since 2013 and used
it in all kind of VR-projects with great results.

Send a private message if you want a code to redeem it for your
S6-S8 series device.

Hi Playmaker users,

I'm Xavier Bottet, I'm from La Suite Studio. I started to use Playmaker few years ago, came back and quit Playmaker but now, it is like nearly always in my pipeline. Today I'm thrilled to share with you my 1st VR game made in Unity and using Playmaker for lot of aspects, UI system controls, animations management and also a big use on the level design. Let me share PINATAS ROCKETS!

Thanks again. I hope you'll enjoy the game as much as I started to develop it. It is released in anticipated launch but, feels and play like many other games.

All the best to everyone,
Xavier
