Scroll camera by swipe gesture

Hi! I need inverse camera scrolling by swipe gesture. Buil-in swipe event can be used only in 4 directions. I understood that i need sth like direction and delta distance but im not good at this. I used different addond but it didnt help. Can you help me?

I also need help with this. Been searching on the site for a long time but can't find anything. My best guess is that it uses Get Touch Info to store x and y (and deltas), Float Multiply, and Translate. Someone please help.
