I don't think this is ever going to happen... I mean, there's just no market for such a thing, the author would be lucky if he could sell even 10 copies I guess... so who would bother?

 if an official ebook is released, I expect a lot more, especially if well done. An unofficial book would of course have less exposure and initial trust.
