having a set of actions for this would be great, if possible, they have a plugin for unity http://www.tobii.com/en/eye-experience/dev/

Hi all, I uploaded the SDK to http://www.nickelcitypixels.com/TobiiEyeXSdk-Unity-1.5.466.zip. I hope that it helps, I'd really like to see Actions for tobii! Thanks!

Hey all, I started an indiegogo campaign to raise funds for the tobii eyex hardware for our awesome Playmaker devs!

https://www.indiegogo.com/campaigns/buy-tobii-eyex-controller-for-hutong-games/edit#/basics

I had to choose flexible funding because there's a $500 min. The real goal is just $172. Please think about how much you'd pay for a set of Tobii EyeX Actions and contribute that. Thanks!  :)

Hi,

can't access indigogo... signup form fails... as soon as I can login in, I'll see how to contribute.

 Bye,

 Jean

Hi Jean,

No need to contribute (anything other than the Actions lol)! I'm in the process of shutting down the campaign (technical difficulties tho).

Great news, Tobii EyeX has agreed to sponsor me some hardware which I'm passing on to Jean and the Playmaker community!

Hey Jean,

Just came across this on your twitter...

https://twitter.com/JeanAtPlayMaker/status/690146989598756866

does this mean that the Tobii PM actions are ready to be used?

Hi,

I did not get any feedback on what I did so far, so I am very hesitant to publicly release it or at least talk about it. I am having lots of trouble with the device itself, some data isn't really getting the right values, and its generally very unreliable. but maybe it's just me...

If you have a device, I can get you in the loop so that I can get feedback on how its behaving across different computers.

 Bye,

 Jean

Hi,

ok, I host everything on github:

https://github.com/jeanfabre/PlayMaker--Tobii--Eyex_U4

If you are not confident with github and sourcetree ( to manage your local copy of this repository on your computer), you can download the test package:

https://github.com/jeanfabre/PlayMaker--Tobii--Eyex_U4/blob/master/test.unitypackage

Let me know how it goes.

 Bye,

 Jean
