Are there any new pathfinding actions in 1.3 to make use of Unity's new AI navigation system?

Hi,

 Yes, some clean up is needed, and the fully api for the navMesh will be available right within playmaker! It should become available within the next few days hopefully.

Any advancement on this. I'd settle for something unfinished or lacking in features.

GDC is next week, Once this is started,  We should have more time to release this. Sorry for the waiting :)

Hi,

It's currently submitted for review, as soon as this done, you'll be able to enjoy the extensive set if actions to work with navmesh, agent, and even offmesh links:)

Hi,

 Thanks :) I t was really fun to work on pathFinding actually!

If you have weird agent behaviors, could you report them, I have found that using exotic agent speed, acceleration and destination radius really made agents behave strangely ( to a point you'd think they should be hospitalized... :) they also seem to not like being obstructed as they move along the path...

Also, as a starting point for those you haven't found it, Unity provides samples for testing the pathfinding features, It's in the beta download page:

Do not hesitate while playmaker samples are being prepared to ask question about them actions and how to use them.
