OnScrollbarChangeEvent NGUI

I just wanted to let you know that the  script 'NGUIeventstoPlaymaker' is something I use daily and I love it.

If you wouldn't mind adding 'OnScrollbarChangeEvent' I would be extremely grateful.

In the meanwhile maybe someone can help tell me what I am missing in the
in the NGUI scrollbar. I have attached a picture with a description.
