The last state (seen coloured yellow) is just a simple Wait. The problem happens when that state isn't there.

Hi,

 you should debug step by step with Enable DebugFlow On ( in the Fsm tab, under debug) and run your fsm, and pause, then you can go back and see each value and can likely deduce a lot more about what goes wrong.
