Is the "Array List Copy To" action broken?

Hey guys,

I'm trying to copy elements from one array to another using the Array Copy To action but it doesn't seem to do anything (the target array remains empty after the action has completed).

I'm simply copying a range of strings from one array to another. I've tried a few different approaches but nothing has worked. Any ideas or tips?

 It's working here. Are you properly referencing the arrays and setting the start index and Count properties?
