Hi,

 If understand right, there is unfortunatly( or actually fortunatly) no difference between a custom action and an official actions in the action browser.

 this is something that could be addressed with a special way of tagging actions so there is a visual hints when the action is a custom one.

Instead you'll to search in the project browser tab instead. simply look and search for classes.
