Object won't rotate around it's Y-Axis.

So, I'm currently working on the circular gravity. I've got it working with the player's up vector facing the correct direction using the set property. But, I can't get the player to rotate on it's Y axis.

I've attached the gravity template, if anyone wants to have a look.

 that will be two difference setup. Study this sample, it's a custom gravity set up.
