Character look at target constraint

Hi all, new to PlayMaker (Not new to unity) loving it immensely so far  :) 
So i've been looking for a way to constrain a head joint to 'always' look at a target? My character is not using Mecanim! I've seen the 'look at' script on Unity's wiki page but that script doesn't 'look at target' specified target.
Any help pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated. Thanks

 do you mean you want your characte to look at by not just turning eyes but also head, shoulder and possibly back in a believable manner? or just the eyes?
