To make a blendshape or animation you need to properly setup the character for that and then create the appropriate shape for each major sound. To sync it to the sync, like the plugin shows you just need to set at what point each shape plays. If you're under the assumption that you can simply plug in an audio and then the character will automatically detect it and shape the mouth to it, that is a massively complex thing and a simple "one click" type solution most likely doesn't exist.
