Is translate action messed up?

I have been trying to use translate but it seems to not work right.  I am using RC40 of PM with latest unity.

I created a capsule that I want to fall down.  It instead goes to bottom left.  If you look at the XYZ you will see it changes multiple areas and not just the Y axis.  I have tried turning stuff off and changing the rotation but it still keeps doing this.

Hi,

 If this is still happening, can you make a repro scene? I am curious as to what could be happening as the translate action is used very often and it's the first time I hear about not translating on the right axis.
